TREE BY TREE INITIATIVE

We believe in bringing beauty and goodness into the world and, as part of our ongoing initiatives to help build a better future, we've been planting a tree for every piece we create since 2020.  

We're thrilled to support and work with Carbon Positive Australia, an Australian nonprofit who restore the natural habitat of degraded and unused farmlands by planting a mix of native trees and shrubs that are Indigenous to the specific area.

Since starting our TREE BY TREE initiative, you have helped us plant 2,534* native trees and shrubs.

AUTHENTIC MATERIALS

All RUUSK pieces are made with a lost-wax casting process and cast in Australian recycled and refined gold. We mindfully procure our metals from local refiners and recyclers of precious metal who are also committed to re-investing in green technology and methods. Occasionally, if we are unable to source recycled gold, gold is sourced from an Australian Mine or reputable and accredited bullion dealer in Australia or Europe.

All RUUSK Diamonds are conflict-free and purchased from accredited Diamond suppliers. We take care to source beautiful high quality Diamonds for all RUUSK collection pieces and each is sourced in accordance with the Kimberley Process. We are proud to partner with trusted suppliers that help us source local stones when possible; we love to use locally sourced Sapphires and will work with Australian Argyle Diamonds upon request. MADE TO ORDER

We believe in creating pieces that are destined to be loved and cherished. Each piece is made to order, allowing you to personalise your piece and develop a deeper connection with the pieces you choose to own. Our made-to-order model also means that we minimise waste caused by over production and mindless consumption. We're proud to focus on small and meaningful creation and hope to inspire people to move away from mass-produced goods.

Our pieces are all cast, set and polished in Sydney, and we’re proud to work with local jewellers to support the continuation of traditional jewellery techniques and skills.
