END OF YEAR CUT OFF DATES
As we head into the busy festive season, here are the cut off dates you need to know to ensure that your special pieces are delivered in time for your celebrations in December, January and early February:

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Order by Oct 14th (pieces with hand engraving)
Order by Nov 1st

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Order by Oct 1st (pieces with hand engraving)
Order by Oct 18th

Orders placed after Nov 1st will be delivered from Feb 2025

USUAL TURN AROUND TIMES
Please allow 8-10 weeks for your special piece to be made especially for you.
 If you live internationally you may need to allow for another week for shipping.

**Please note, any special pieces featuring hand engraving will require an additional 4-6 weeks. The addition of laser engraving will not extend our usual turnaround time.

If you need your special piece by a particular date outside of our 8-10 week made to order lead time, please contact us so we can see if we are able to meet your timeline.

Alternatively, if you’re after an urgent gift you can order one of our ready-made pieces which are in-stock and ready to be express shipped to you within 1-2 days of purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC PARCELS
All parcels sent to an Australian address are shipped via complimentary insured and express Australia post; your parcel will require a signature on delivery. We will email you a tracking number once your special pieces are ready so you can monitor your parcel's journey. You should expect to receive your parcel within 1-4 business days depending on your location. 

INTERNATIONAL PARCELS
We regularly ship all of our special pieces all around the world with express & fully insured DHL & FedEx; your parcel will require a signature on delivery. The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout however, please email us at enquiries@ruusk.com should you have any questions. 

You can expect your parcel to arrive within 3-10 business days (location dependant) and we will include your email and phone number on your shipment so you receive tracking updates from DHL/FedEx. We will also email you a tracking number to monitor your parcel's journey.

Please note, RUUSK is not liable for any duty, import or custom charges you may incur. As such, we recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any relevant taxes that may be incurred.
