As all of our pieces are made to order, please ensure that you check your ring size before ordering your beautiful RUUSK piece.
Each of our Ring Sizer's are sent via Express Australia Post, arriving in 1-3 business days. When ordering your ring sizer, you will also receive an email with sizing tips and instructions to help you determine the best ring size, so please make sure to check your inbox.

PRODUCTION TIME
Your piece begins the moment you order. Please allow 6 weeks for it to be handcrafted in our Sydney workshop. Each piece is made for you, and only you.
Special pieces featuring hand engraving, or using Heirloom stones will require an additional 2-4 weeks.

DOMESTIC PARCELS
All parcels sent to an Australian address are shipped via complimentary insured and express Australia post; your parcel will require a signature on delivery. We will email you a tracking number once your special pieces are ready so you can monitor your parcel's journey. You should expect to receive your parcel within 1-4 business days depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL PARCELS
We regularly ship all of our special pieces all around the world with express & fully insured DHL & FedEx. The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout.
You can expect your parcel to arrive within 3-10 business days (location dependant).
