When Tara, founder of Provider Store, and Tania, founder of RUUSK, came together, they combined their passions—Tara’s love for scents, candle-making, and Japanese-inspired design, and Tania’s dedication to creating locally made, handcrafted jewellery pieces that tell meaningful stories. Together, they created something truly special: Hikari - a candle that embodies light, connection, and intention.

Each vessel is meticulously crafted in Australia by local ceramicist Emi Tanaka, then hand-poured by Tara at Provider Store, blending their shared love for sustainability and timeless design.
In keeping with RUUSK and Provider Store’s philosophy of mindful making, only 50 Hikari candles have been created. This limited-edition run ensures each piece is crafted with care and intention, reflecting a commitment to quality over quantity. Thoughtfully designed, the ceramic vessel can be cherished long after the candle has burned. Refill it to enjoy as a candle once more or repurpose it as a cup, embracing the ethos of creating pieces to last.
