ORDERS POLICY
In case of any circumstance or reason outside of our control, we reserve the right to suspend the fulfilment of an order. In such case, we shall immediately notify the customer, who will then have right to cancel the order.

  • Once an order has been made and payment fulfilled, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase and the details of the order. Reversals of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact for consideration of circumstance.
  • Please note any change of order details after your order has been placed, including ring size or engraving, may incur a fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the shop's website.  


PRODUCT ACCURACY
At RUUSK, we strive to describe all products as accurately as possible. All of our pieces are individually made-to-order and we embrace and celebrate the subtle variations that make each item unique. Slight variations in band widths, thicknesses, and stone settings add to our organic style and are reflective of the hand finished nature of each piece. Please note, metal and stone colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in browser settings and monitor displays. Additionally, all coloured stones used in RUUSK pieces and natural, meaning that they may also vary slightly in shade and colour.

PRICING
We reserve the right to change prices, conduct or cancel sales at any time without notice.

PAYMENT
Payments are made securely via PayPal. All major credit and debit cards are available via Paypal as well as secure online payment from a linked bank account.
You may also pay via a direct bank transfer in our account. Should you wish to do this please contact us via email to place your order. All orders are charged in AUD. 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT
Please note, prices in other currencies displayed on our website are to be used as a reference only. All orders are charged in AUD. We are unable to provide exact currency conversions as your specific exchange rate will depend on your credit and debit card issuer. You may also incur a currency conversion fee, please contact your bank or card issuer for more information. 

PAYMENT PLANS
Should you wish to pay for your special piece in instalments whilst we are creating for you, please contact us to arrange a payment plan.
Payment plans are effective from the first instalment made payable via bank transfer or online payment. Payments are to be made on the instalment date outlined in your agreed upon payment plan schedule outlined on your invoice or via email. If payment has not been made within a week of the outlined due date, a $50 fee will be applied for every week the balance has not been fulfilled. The $50 fee will apply to a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks. If payment has not been made during this 4 week notice, RUUSK reserves the right to forfeit your item and total paid thus far. All payments are non-refundable.

If you face difficulty in making the required payments under the agreed upon instalment plan, please contact us asap to arrange a new payment plan. Please note that any new payment plans cannot extend more than a month from your original payment plan completion date.

RETURNS
As each piece is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. RUUSK does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. Please take a moment to check and confirm that all of your order details are correct prior to ordering. Should you need any assistance please don't hesitate to contact us. 

FAULTS & WARRANTY
All jewellery is quality checked by a specialist jeweller, however if for any reason you feel that your piece is faulty please contact us at enquiries@ruusk.com so we can arrange an assessment of your piece.  Slight variations in stone setting, band width and thickness are part of the organic feel of our pieces and are not considered a fault. RUUSK will cover the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase. After assessment, if your special piece indicates improper care or is damaged in a way resulting from something other than normal wear, or for pieces purchased over 6 months ago, a repair fee will apply.

Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the studio; we require all parcels to be sent via tracked and Express Shipping. 

Any repairs or modifications undertaken by other jewellers on our pieces voids this warranty. We do not take any responsibility for repairs or resizes undertaken by other jewellers.

JEWELLERY CARE 
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. RUUSK pieces are handmade from precious metals that will naturally dent or scratch over time as you wear them during your life adventures. If your pieces feature any diamonds or gemstones, we recommend having your settings checked with your local jeweller every 1-2 years as stone settings can loosen over time.
To avoid damage please treat your handmade piece with the same care and love in which it was made. For more information on caring for your RUUSK piece, please read our  jewellery care guide.

All rings are handmade so slight variations between pieces are to be expected and celebrated. 
 
WRONG SIZE

While we're more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered. 
Please take a moment to check your size before ordering. If you have any questions regarding sizing please see our ring sizing guide for ring sizing information. If you have ordered the wrong size and would like us to re-size your ring, please note that a re-sizing fee will apply. Please note that some designs may not be suitable for resizing. If you are concerned about the accuracy of your ring size please contact us prior to ordering. In most cases rings can be resized up or down by 1-2 sizes however this may depend on the details and original size of your piece. 

SHIPPING
All RUUSK pieces are sent via insured and express Australia post or DHL & Fedex (for international parcels). Please note that RUUSK is not accountable for any international duty, import or custom charges that you may incur. For more information on shipping please visit our delivery & production page.

INSURANCE
Whilst your pieces are insured in transit, we always recommend you insure your very special piece or pieces against accidental damage, loss and theft.
