Of course, if you would like to pay for your special piece in instalments please contact us so we can organise a payment plan for you. Your piece will need to be paid for in full prior to you receiving your special creation.
Yes, as all of your pieces are made to order you have the option to choose your metal, stones, setting style, stone placement and add personalised engraving for any of our collection shapes. If you’d like to have a unique, one-of-a-kind piece created just for you then you can elect to use our bespoke services.
Yes, we work with expert hand and laser engravers who can help you further personalise your piece with a hand carved message or motif. Please note that Hand Engraving may add 4-6 weeks to our production time. Please contact us to inquire about hand engraving engraving options and pricing. You can add laser engraving to your special piece directly via our website when you place your order.
At this stage we are not taking on projects with customer supplied gold or gemstones.
We only accept repairs and re-sizing for the pieces that we have created.
Our studio is based in Newcastle, NSW and were currently taking limited studio visits by appointment. Please contact us if you'd like to try on some of our special pieces and we can book you in.
Yes, all RUUSK Diamonds are conflict-free and are purchased from accredited diamond suppliers. We only work with suppliers whom we know and trust.
Yes, we love working with Australian diamonds. These custom stones need to be sourced upon request as supply of these stones is limited and can vary. If you’re interested in using Australian diamonds in your special piece please contact us to find out about availability and pricing.
Yes, many of our collection pieces feature beautiful navy Australian sapphires. We can also source other gemstones that you may love, for example rubies, citrine, emeralds etc. If you’d like to personalise your piece with a different stone please contact us to find out about availability and pricing.
Good things take time, as all of our pieces are made to order, please allow for 6-10 weeks for your special piece to be made.

Yes we do. All of our international parcels are sent via express and insured DHL. The cost of shipping will be calculated at the checkout. Please note, this does not include any duty, custom or local import fees that may incur. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Shipping within Australia can take 1-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-16 days. (Please note that this does not include production time). All parcels are sent via express post or express international DHL. Please contact us should you require international shipping.
National parcels are sent via insured and express Australia Post. International parcels are sent via insured DHL Express.
The best way to have your ring size checked would be to visit a local jeweller to have your finger sized in person. Please note that you will need to check the size of the finger that you would like to wear your ring on. Alternatively, you can also order our complimentary ring sizer here.
