Absolutely, our pieces are made to order just for you so you can personalise your piece with your selected stone, setting style and engraved message. We only accept repairs and re-sizing for the pieces that we have created.

Yes! We would love to invite you to our Sydney CBD Studio for an appointment. As a working studio space, places are limited so please book in to reserve your spot here. Please note, appointments are currently scheduled for Thursday afternoons.

Yes, all RUUSK Diamonds are conflict-free and are purchased from accredited diamond suppliers. We only work with suppliers whom we know and trust.

Yes, we love working with Australian diamonds. These custom stones need to be sourced upon request as supply of these stones is limited and can vary. If you’re interested in using Australian diamonds in your special piece please contact us to find out about availability and pricing.

Yes, all of our special pieces are cast in solid 9ct, 14ct or 18ct Yellow, Rose and White gold so you can treasure and wear your piece for many years to come. We are also able to create our rings in platinum by request. All of our pieces are nickel free.

Yes, in addition to natural conflict-free Diamonds we love working with other beautiful stones to bring your pieces to life. Many of our collection pieces also feature stunning Navy Australian Sapphire.

We can also source other gemstones that you may love, for example Ruby, Citrine, Emerald etc. Many of our stones are available to be personalised directly on our website. If you cannot find your preferred stone online, please contact us; we would love to hear your vision and help to discuss your options.

All of our pieces are made in 9, 14 and 18ct Yellow, White or Rose Gold. We also work with Platinum!

Gold carat refers to the percentage of pure gold in relation to other metals present in your jewellery. Because gold is soft, 100% pure gold isn't suitable to create jewellery. As such, gold is mixed with other alloys to create 3 more durable metals:

9ct Gold is 37.5% pure gold
14ct Gold is 58.3% pure gold
18ct Gold is 75% pure gold

We are not taking on projects with customer supplied gold or gemstones.

Good things take time, please allow 8-10 weeks for your special piece to be made.

For wedding bands or pieces including hand engraving, we suggest allowing 14 weeks.

Absolutely! All of our international parcels are sent via express and insured DHL and FedEx. The cost of shipping will be calculated at the checkout. Please note, this does not include any duty, custom or local import fees that may incur. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Domestic parcels are sent via insured and express Australia Post. International parcels are sent via insured DHL or FedEx Express.

The best way to check your ring size would be to visit a local jeweller to have your finger sized in person. For accuracy, it is always best to check sizing using rings of a similar width. Please also note that you will need to check the size of the finger that you intend to wear your ring.
