Customer relationship coordinator (part-time)

Seeking a Customer relationship coordinator (customer service/project management lover) for our growing Sydney based fine jewellery label. If you have a passion for growing customer relationships and beautiful design  - let’s talk!

You will be at the forefront of building, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships.

Your role will include emails, managing our CRM, copywriting, updating the website and other studio admin tasks. Some of which can be done remotely.

You are highly organised, have great communication skills (verbal and written), excellent email etiquette, a keen eye for detail and a passion for growing small businesses.

Not essential but any experience with the following would be highly beneficial: Photoshop / Canva, Instagram scheduling, email automation (mail chimp), digital marketing experience, SEO, CRM, Shopify and Photography

Initially part-time, this role would essentially grow into the 2IC role of a small but rapidly growing business. It's best suited to someone who needs flexibility right now but is looking to develop into a permanent role.
